All Fields Required.  Your Download Confirmation will be sent to the Email address you supply.   Without the confirmation instructions you will be unable to access the download area, so a valid email address is essential. Write down and save your submitted user name and password.  You will need them for your download, and they are case sensitive.  (ie: "USERname" is not = to "username") First Name: Last Name: Email: User Name: Password: User Name: (This is the user name you will use for FTP access to your Screen Saver) Password: (The password you will use with your FTP User Name) (Both the User Name and Password Should be 8 characters or less) Please remember that your request will be Authorized and Configured Only AFTER I have received your donation check.  You will be emailed with the URL of the Download and reminded of your username and password.
