Heat Shrink Crimp-on Waterprrof Connectors Marine Grade?

I was looking for some of those hose clamp zip-ties you see on outboard fuel lines and so on. I found out they were actually originally for bundling wires in the electric/electronics industry. That led me to this site which has these "Waterproof Heat Shrink Crimp-on Terminals:

It so happens that not too long ago I had a bit of wiring to update and the terminals that came off looked like these, but I'm not sure if these are in fact the same quality. I used regular crimp on terminals and potted them in silicone. (Yes, I I know itis better to solder them, but I was unsuccesful in my attempts to do so. I was away from any power source and my mini butane iron just dind't have enough heat.)

As for the zip-tie hose clamps they are made by HellermanTyton. They have ears under the head that make them conform to a round hose. Regular zip ties without those ears would leak, though some say you can use two regular zip ties in a pinch and offset the heads. Also the "right" ones are temp rated for higher temperatures than your run of the mill zip tie. Still I don't think I'd use them in critical fuel-line situations below decks on a boat, but on vacuum hoses and outboard and ATV fuel lines they are the go-to item these days.

They are made by Hellerman Tyton (part numbers CTT60R0HSC2 for 8 inch, CTT20R0hsc2 for 4")

If you only need one, buy it at the Merc dealer (part number 54-816311T) for 31 cents apiece.

If you need more but wouldn't go through 100 in the rest of your years, get them form McMaster Carr (item number 6705K36) for about $10 for 100 pack

If you and a friend or two want to buy a several packs of 100, get them from the above web site for $6.31 for a 100 pack, but orders less than $35 pay an added "small order charge" of $5.....

Which is why it would be good to know what of their other stuff is marine-approved. Putting to gether a $35 minimum order for boat stuff is never difficult to do. Certainly at least some of their stuff is old school marine:

When was the last time you saw a Cole Hersee toggle switch rubber boot? But I'll bet you have a few Cole Hersee toggel switches on your old Bert.

I have been buying 3M adhesive lined heatshrink connectors off of Ebay pretty cheaply. I really like the Anchor brand connectors but they are way over priced.

I have purchsed from both of the above. Del City used to own Anchor and a lot of times when you buy through them you get Anchor products.
