Wow.......I'm thinking that frequent attention and an occasional application of a UV Protection will keep those "TRANSOMS"...wink wink.....smooth and beautiful for quite a while.

That's about right.... It all starts out with drop dead lines and a great look,,, maybe a little "dirtier" than you want and then wallah 12 months later you get her all cleaned up and ready to take out in public.

We are talking about transoms right?

I am a surveyor and I give that a Bristol Condition rating. No restoration needed, that's the real dripless packing system.

I am no surveyor, but I believe that transom may require a closer investigation.
