Bad Weather
Did all of you guys in Texas and Louisiana make it thru the storm Okay yesterday?
Just a lot of rain here in My part of South Alabama but I heard on the news that parts of Louisiana got hit very hard.
I will be watching for coastal flooding today.........may have to back "De Nada" out of the boat house if the water gets to high.

Harry,
Can't speak for anyone else, but I got over 1 1/2" on Wednesday and It was a most welcome relief for my piece of dry dirt... Never had any any wind in it and no thunder storms, just close to 24 hours of light steady rain.
What ya'll got between Galveston & Gulfport looked pretty severe.
Br,
Patrick

Hurricanes won't much matter when the polar caps melt and Florida is under 35 feet of water and coast lines around the world move inland 150 miles.
If not that, when the earth axis shifts, the Madrid fault up the Mississippi will split wide open swallowing everything for hundreds of miles on either side up to the great lakes.
Or the metor will turn the earth into a nuclear winter and all life as we know it will lose their eyesight and we'll grow 3" fur to keep us warm.
I got inside info on all this.

Bruce, Three inch fur . . .everywhere? I've already got it coming out of my ears.
When the ice caps melt and the coast line shifts I'm getting on Dreamsicle and drift to my new home. Hopefully the owners of the new waterfront property won't initially know the value of their windfall and I'll get a new home on the cheap.
