Bluefin Tuna -- OC MD
I had the chance to fish offshore OC MD this weekend with a friend and with then canyon forecast a little rough, we headed to the hambone for Bluefin and were not dissapointed. Though most around the 30in size we went 6 for 7 on the day and kept our 1 as allowed.

Thanks to all,

Once you get past all the raw, cut yourself some 1"-1 1/2" thick steaks. Put them in a pyrex tray. Pour a bottle of Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing (or your favorite) over them and put them in the fridge for an hour or so to marinate. Get your charcoal or gas grille nice and hot and treat them like you would a rare or medium rare steak. They'll cook faster than beef so when you get some nice stripes from the grill on them, time to turn them over. What you don't finish will make for some nice Tuna Salad the next day. Break up, chopped onion, celery, etc. Mayo, salt & pepper.

Thanks All, if feels good to do some fishing again.
I'll see about getting some fresh wasabbi & do some raw. I'll eat it that way, but others want it cooked.
Walter, Thanks for the marinade tip, that's my kind of simple. I do have some Itialian dressing and may try one with vidilia-onion dressing.
