Charter for Outer Banks Area

Post by Capt. DQ »

I have some friends that are staying in Nagshead in week or so and are looking for a charter to go fishing out off the Outer Banks area. Does anybody have any good recommendations for charters for 4-people?

DQ-

Just went up there on Saturday to look at a boat. The 2 major marinas near Nags Head looked like they had a bunch to choose from. I will try to get a # for one.

If he is going to nags head, the two charter spots are pirate's cove (across the bridge to mateo) and oregon inlet. Though I have never fished with them, a buddy of mine swears by the "Point runner," which I believe is out of OI.

What kind of fishing offshore? inshore? There are too many great Capt's to list but here are a few A-Saltwaepon(dennis 252-475-4088) Blue Devil ( Vernon 252-473-3898), Sushi (Charlie 252-216-6291). There are 3 marina in the Nags Head area http://www.broadcreekfishingcenter.com/, http://fishpiratescove.com/, http://oregon-inlet.com/. A good time to be down here fishing starting to pick up.
