falmouth this weekend.

Post by thuddddddd »

So I got stuck giong to a wedding this past weekend. The ceremony was at the flying bridge on the harbor. Saw a little 28 docked at the end. A 31 came into the harbor, hard to read the transom, think it was chopper, or something like that, bout 2:30 sat pm. Best of all I was driving around in the am and I found a claped out yellow 31 RLDT for sale in a used car lot. It was the first time I ever saw one that wasn't rolling. Kinda sad, the transom was so covered in weeds I couldn't get close enough to see the name. Funny thing the radar arch looked like one the proff threw away a few years ago.
Anyhow I guess at least it current life as a flower box is more stable , than when it was a RLDT. I think I saw a price of 800.00 OBO

No question about it Timmy, you'd be the resident authority on turning any boat into a flowerpot. We bow to your expertise...

yea, no question, but at least th tubb hasn't ended up the victim of a "used car lot" , YET, but I am starting to see the irony that it ended up on that lot

Timmy

If it really was $800.00, it sounds like it could be steal for a project boat.

Used car lot versus scrap heap,,,,,,,, Yep the RLDT still wins.

Just for clarification you SUCK!!!!!!!!!!

And I am glad to hear you finally got lights in your shed. Need to hear the next round of excuses for not working on your 8 month project.

PS
See you in late June, without the cap cause its still covering tools.
