Viking vs Viking
Your cruising a long at 33 knots in a 55 Viking when you get passed like your standing still by a Viking 70 SMH!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCMjDA2uDZo
Re: Viking vs Viking
Nice looking ride.
That's the problem with going after fast...only a matter of time before somebody is faster and it's back to the drawing board.

Lost my dad 37 years ago, but this post reminded me of a couple of his sayings about this sorta thing.
"don't mix your race boat with your fishing boat"
"there's always someone with a bigger engine"

Q. How fast can it go?
A. How much money do you have?

It's impressive that the 70 is the fastest in the fleet. Really got the design down on that one. My brother is running one out of ocean city, really can't say enough to good things about it.

I remember when our little 31's would walk away from just about anything on the water. Like everyone said, there is always a bigger engine. You do reach a speed of no return. What it is depends on your pocket book.
