Interesting ship design provides stable platform for underwater military surveillance and deep sea exploration.. and maybe yachts?

Docking could be interesting. I guess the tugs make it easy.

Since they're not too fast, how would they handle down sea?
Not like a B31...especially with Capt. Pat's rudders.
