Post by CamB25 »

Hauled my Scout, wife, and friends over to Solomons Island, MD yesterday to explore new waters,,,Found the Miss Beth hanging in the air with a surprise on the flybridge!

Poor cell phone pic, but there is a large Osprey nest on the bridge!

It's like the "boat that time forgot". There is a full assortment of tackle ready to go in the cabin...like it was brought in from the bay, lifted, and they just walked away. I'm sure there is a sad story to go along with the boat, unfortunately.

John Ur eye caught the side windows and I thank u I'm thinking of replacing mine on my31fbc The angle of the window seems to be the same as the pillister which makes for a much nicer line of site any thoughts on this or are these custom windows by a local shop

Who's going to have the conversation with that bird if they come to use the boat and the bird is nesting? Sort of reminds me of a guy I know who had two coons fall through his suspended ceiling and ended up in his shower. He shot them with his 12 ga. right where he found them. This could get ugly........

I wouldn't want to mess with them...I've had them chase me down the ICW while running my little Whaler...I was too close to the nest!

They are good fishermen...at least they selected a good boat as their home!
