It's that time again and I make the same offer as I did last year. If any of the Bretheren purchase one of The Captain's Cookbooks at $24.95 plus postage, I will donate $10 per book to the site. A couple of years ago I bought a couple of Walter's cookbooks for gifts to my wife and daughter. Walter's illustrations are excellent and several of the recipes are now standard fare in both kitchens.
