Twin Disc application question??

Here's the question;

Engine is rated at 320hp.

Twin Disc MG5050A rated for 365hp....$3,800
Twin Disc MG5061A rated for 463hp....$5,000

Given that the 5050 series is well within the rated capacity on this application, is it worth another $1,200 bucks for the next size up and have the massive over kill factor. Money is always a factor, but....

Both gears fit, the 70 lb heavier 5061 is not a big deal.

What do you guy's think?
