The bride and I got back from Boston last night. We met the new grandson (mother and son are doing fine) AND my cancer Guru. He said that ya'll are going to have to put up with me for at least another year. Isn't life grand.....
Well that's good news for sure. Since you got at least another year (knowing you, I figure 25) get your son (a/k/a Lucky Dumb S**t) and let's go back to Panama. I got room for ya'll. You live, you die...........

I reject your doctor's report and concur with Uncle Vic: we're counting on having another 25 Bertram gatherings with you at Harkers Point, NC. We'll see you the first weekend of June, and maybe the weather will cooperate this year! Great to hear from you.
