aft windows (bulkhead)

The felt/rubber has deteriorated in the tracks of my original (1976) sliding windows in the aft cabin bulkhead, and the glass is rattling like crazy. I would appreciate advice on how to fix this.

You can get the window felt from American Marine. I don't have a source for the plastic strips.
