window gasketing

I'm working on what all of you have approached one way or another over the years ... stopping the windshield leak. My gasketting is hard as a rock. Is there a standard replacement for the window gasketting ?

Just for the record ... ACE Hardware has the gasketing and can order for delivery within a few days. Sold by the foot or the roll 100ft.
