Galvonic Isolater question

I am trying to finish the clean up of the repower and I need to get the 110 AC squared away. I was going to install A Galvonic Isolator then when reading the Yandini site, I see they say that now I need to a meter to the Isolator. Evidently this is now required under the ABYC rules.

My question is, is there any type of meter I can hook up that will work and not cost an arm and a leg? Yandini has there isolator on sale for $89 without the meter. Yandini doesn't seem to have a meter. Guest has LED lights for their unit.

Evidently the meter doubles the cost of the isolator. Go figure.
