Window Leakage

Hi everyone-- well the charter season here on lake Michigan is slowing up--went to the boat this morning -just before a rainstorm. I've been noticing some leakage in the windows on the 28B-- Rain came-- I sat waited and finally saw the water actually coming out of seal on the inside of the boat for the glass-- Has anyone removed this glass? (Front windows) What is the best procedure and what should I reseal with.
