Key Biscayne Charters?

I am in Key Biscayne from Jan 8-11. Does anybody have and charter recommendations? Flats or deep. I don't know what is hot then.

charter boat SONNY BOY docked at the munipal pier. Older bertram but great captain, great sailfish !
