I finally got around to setting up one of those pic sites. Here's some pictures. Unfortunately I don't have an in progress, so all are after the replacement had been made.
I found a local guy who does good work for a reasonable price. The old transom was shot, but the foam was good. The only sections which were wet was the vary bottom of the hull. In the area under where the motor goes was balsa core which was like a sponge! On the sides the foam was dry and in good shape.
At this rate, I'll have the B20 done before the B35...

here's the outside, he said the outside fiberglas wrapped into the cutout for the outdrive..
This one is the liner section which was cut out. It was cut from just behind where the back wall of the cockpig goes and where my gas tanks were.
B20 gets a new transom
