Part identifying help please

Post by Todd Pearce »

Sorry but i dont know how to get the images up but the links appear to work, the first is a spot light on my tower ,which id like to replace with an equal LED replacement, the second image is the one that creates quite some annoyance for me every time i use the boat, its the aluminium slide/running rail for the sliding door ,its old and damaged and the door sticks every time,ARGGGGG,!!!and i would love to find the same profile if at all possible, so any and all help greatly appreciated

I have a very similar light to the 701623 in your link. It turns night into day. Very low consumption, compatible with my solar configuration.

As for the door slide, are you sure its the slide itself and not (perhaps) the little rollers found over your door that make the door slide on the top rail? If those are defective or used up, then any rail wont do any good.
BTW, is there a sliding door on a 31?

If you magnify this pic, the floodlight is visible behind the right hand side of the fb back rest.

I believe Todd is running a 38 and they have a sliding door.

Danny does still carry the ally track, so have ordered that and the rollers to, will be great to have that all sorted, just the lights left to source now

Lately I have been doing some soda blasting of aluminum and have been impressed with the process. If you had not been able to find a replacement track I would have suggested you pull the door track and try soda blasting or a very light glass bead blast.
