norcold

Post by divedemo »

i have a DE 441 Norcold in my 31. My boat also has the bulkheads forward of the engines. The door opening is to small to fit the fridge. I am looking and measuring and it sure looks like it will not fit through the front windows either.
I see my options as remove the Port bulkhead (many man hours), bring in a ACR guy and have him fix it or just live without it which really is not an option.
How have you guys delt with this situation?
Thanks
Bernie

Is there any trim on the door frame that you could take off?

It will fit through the front window. You have to remove the power supply from the back of the Norcold, remove it's door, and take the front window off of it's track.

Been there, done that, and have some of Timmy's blood on the boat to prove it.
