31 Bertram Tice's Shoal Barnegat Bay

Was out on Tices Shoal in Barnegat Bay on Bay on Sunday with my wife. The usual 500 boats anchored up. Along comes a 31 Bert I have never seen before and wondering if anyone knows who she belongs to.

The name on the stern from what I could tell was "Perfect Ma Gin". The hull was flag blue, with white topsides and she had an after market FlyBridge. Bigger and I would say kind of Boxy.

Was wondering if the owner is on the board.
