Kevin, check out my new ladder (the original modified ladder that is). I know you don't have one, I made it so that I can open the engine hatch by swiveling the ladder up vertical. Also, check out the trimming of the side rail so that one can climb onto the gunnel without stumbling and falling overboard !

Re: B28 FB ladder
Yannis,
Good idea with the swing up ladder.
It took me a minute to figure out the stumbling railing part though. I had to look close because I have not had railings around engine hatches so I forgot that is how the come.
When you do your hatch repairs make sure the railing bases are sealed up too. Seems as though water always goes where we don't want it. Mainly on things that rust!

Re: B28 FB ladder
Nice. I need to figure something out with my B31 ladder. Stock set-up sucks, but I need a ladder.

Re: B28 FB ladder
Thank you guys.
John, in the 31 I think the difficulty lies with the engine cover height.
I've seen that some have put a step in the cover, but I guess you need a mold of some sort.
