I think I would have a V bow instead of a squared off pram bow.. and what is the guy pumping at 2:40.. maybe engine tilt/trim?

I see at the end the driver is pumping a handle with his right hand, wonder what its to
trim tabs??

I'm guessing he's pressurizing his fuel. The guy in the front is likely the only trim tab.
