Faithful,
I put up a post earlier about a fellow from Bermuda that contacted DuRite Boats in Stuart about shipping 2 25's to Stuart in containers. I don't have any info at this time Randy at DuRite talked to him and then Randy called me to see if there was any interest around this area for 25's that needed to be redone. I'll find out more in the next few days. I don't know what happened to the rest of the post that I put up earlier tonight.

Pete , can you get a 25 in a shipping container? I thought they would be to wide, I`d love to know if it can be done

oh my, that is a flash back to my 25 on the day I became her new owner. Scary....

No way a B25 will fit into a conex box in one piece. Containers are deigned for truck and rail transport. Inside width is around 8'6"

A low cube sea can has a door opening of 92" w and 88" high. A High Cube container has a door opening 101" tall inside. You could put one on a pallett, but I think it would be a big challenge to put a 25 in a can without destroying the boat.

There are many types of containers. It's quite possible a 40' "flat" (only has the floor and the front&rear uprights) can take a 25 with nothing hanging over the side...
