POGO Alarms

Post by CaptPatrick »

Came across this device while researching some security options for the home/shop. Figured others might be interested too...

A little pricy at $520.00 (Jamestown Distributors), but for those with a bit of electrical/electronic savvy, a similar system could be assembled for approximately 1/4 the cost of the commercial unit.

Here you go, for those of us that have time on our hands. You can build your own tracker for the boat and car and add back up sensors to boot.

I prefer to use the ones I keep taking off my cars that big brother keeps attaching. Reprogram the receive frequency and they fetch a good price at the flea market.

This in depth electrical stuff is my down fall. One day you can run a class for all of the faithful.
