Looks good. I like the caps/ramps for the mounts.
I have a millermatic 200 but I don't think I can weld aluminum with it........or mine would look like that.

The 200 will do aluminum with a spool gun. I built a bunch of aluminum stuff with my 251 which is the same machine but instead of fixed settings, its adjustable throughout the range.
If you have the steady incoming power, 1/4 and 3/8 is good to go.
!/2 " material will need to be preheated with a torch otherwise it will goose egg.
Most all the pics I've posted of my mounts and risers were done with the 251.

Thanks guys, have had a lot going on in my life, so things slowed down for a little. Im shooting for getting her wet in a year
Gass tank was set in for the second time, good story on that, glassed in the live well , starting exhaust next.
