detroit 6V92s out of boat for service and paint

HI, I have my 6v92s out for service and repaint,the engines are strong and run well with very little signs of wear, But they are out so I plan to make the most of the opportunity ,so I thought to do rear main seals, sumps off and cleaned out, pumps, intercoolers aftercoolers etc, Is there anything else that I should be doing ??

depending on age gear seals might be a good idea.
