Looks good Peter and a good time and place to get acclimated with epoxy repair and construction.we have quite a few knowledgeable brothers on this board .follow there lead any will have no problem installing that pod. I with be there if you need me on the mechanicals.

You are right it is a good place, all my ugly work will be hidden from view. It's coming along. The hatches will have to be done too now. Over the winter when I can bring them home.

And yes it's a good primer for the pod maybe in the spring. Biggest problem is I could do some of this stuff in the winter but its to cold. At least hatches I can bring home.

Dealing with the same issue...

Git Rot..West system, and new plywood coated with epoxy.....

Gentlemen-
Would you place peel n ply on the hatch, epoxy up the supports and then put the hatch in place? If you were fortunate it would make a nice fit.... if you don't epoxy the hatch in place...

1966 31 Bahia Mar #316-512....8 years later..Resolute is now a reality..Builder to Boater..285 hours on the clocks..enjoying every minute..how many days till spring?

Bob the tupperware predate my ownership of the boat. Based on the color and style they could be pretty old. My interior cushions are that itchy material like 70s couches.
