We lost a local icon this weekend, who could be a runner up. Beyond intentionally crapping his pants as we cuffed and put him the car in an attempt to be released, my all time favorite was when he smashed the electric meters. He lived in a trailer park, where multiple meters were attached to a wooden plank. We got a call he was smashing them with a baseball bat. When approached, he was really drunk and pissed that the electric co shut off his power, so he began to smash the meters. We then pointed out, that the entire area was out, due to the recent storm. Poor old Phil died this weekend, but he'll live on with that story!
