Any one running a Cummins 6bta 250hp, would you please tell me what brand name and part number are you using for your air filter. It came with Duralite
dc179Ca can't find any place on line to buy them. thanks Russ

When I wanted to replace my air filters the Cummins dealer didn't have mine in stock, so I bought a two part cleaning kit.. lots cheaper.

Part 1 is a cleaner that you spray on the filter.. it washes the dirt off.

Part 2 is some kind of oil you spray on the clean filter.. it stays somewhat sticky, I assume to catch the dirt that is in the air that is drawn into the filter assembly.

Not sure if this is as good as installing new filters, but it seems to work OK.
