It's the frustration from realizing the fishing is great right now, but every time I want to go load the boat and get out there I hear a little voice in my head say "Hey asshole are you really going 100 miles in a 31 footer in December?"

Sometimes it's just best to know your limitations and live vicariously through others.

A friend of mine left this morning to go back. He's been out for the last week or so, Longfins are crazy fat.

I agree, 100 miles off this time of year is nuts. You might know him, but there is guy down in Forked River name is Damian, that keeps going off in his 42 Yellowfinn. I am just thinking about the spray and cold wind. I will wait until spring.

Man it's hard not to go I pulled the plug today and brought it over to the marina, changed oil and winterized her.
Just as all the guys that fished pulled in with 3.
