That was fun

Post by JP Dalik »

Met with Bob H on Monday.

Boy you really do meet some of the nicest people here.

The hospitality Bob and his wife showed me a random guy from Jersey who likes Bertrams was on par with the other folks I've been lucky enough to meet- FABULOUS..

Thanks again Mr. Higgins!!!

The project is coming along fantastic, Bob has some great ideas. The boat will be a rock solid fish killing machine.

JP, Thanks for the kind words...but you brought me fresh fish, helped me mock up my helm and get two 12'" monitors, 14 gauges, throttle n gear shifts, vhf to fit in a limited area. Plus you gave me about 50 pointers to help get the old girl finished up the right way...You got it backwards...THANK YOU...BH

Keep it cool, Harry. This could happen. Don't know nuffin 'bout Alabama. Love to see it from a B-31. Was in Birmingham eons ago on a speaking engagement for the construction industry but was able to see only the inside of a hotel and airport. Mobile Bay certainly looks interesting. Good fishing? Are you located on the Bay?
Going to Key West this Sunday for ten days on business (monkey, of course) and some R & R. That's about the extent of travel as far as I know for the year. Limited, I'll admit, but the venue is good.
Anyone in the Keys this time of year?
