Blue hulled B31 - Shinnecock canal

Hi guys ... there's a blue hulled B31 FBC or SF on the west side of the Shinnecock canal towards the north end. When we were picking up the food at the rendezvouz a bunch of us noticed it. Does this belong to anyone here on the site ? Looked nice ....
