Wiper Arms

Post by Al C »

My wiper arms are at the end of their usable life but I can't seem to find replacements that will fit the wiper pockets on my 31 bahia mar with factory hardtop. Tried Ongaro and they fit on the shaft (.54) but there is not enough room for them to turn in the small pocket. Its tough shopping online just looking at pictures and trying to figure out what will work.

Have you tried going to a NAPA store? They have worked good for me in the past on dulicating many wiper arms.

On a related subject, what is the proper shaft length for the wiper motor? It is one of the last things I have to add to my project 25FBC and I found a set but the shaft is to short.

Or so the wife tells me...............;(

Local car parts store was no help but I did find something on ebay that looks identical.
