Calling Buju and other Florida Keys guys

I’m planning on renting a condo for a week in Key Largo this June. I’m looking at Ocean Point Suites or Kawama yacht Club. Both are relatively inexpensive so I don’t expect a lot, just wondering if one of the local guys could give me a general idea regarding these condos. Are either of these places worth staying at or are they dumps? Is one better than the other?

I realize it depends mostly on the owner of the condo and how they care for the individual units, just looking for an idea of the overall impression on the two complexes.
