I was out riding around,
adjusting stuff...doing some full throttle lock to lock turns solo & I see this helo flying low near me.. My first thought was "it s the Coast guard & they were trying to stop me from screwing around,"
Anyway,apparently they were taking pics I see boatpix on the side of the bird..That was 2 months ago..

Anybody know the cost of the pics, they send you??
I got an email w/ a few pics but no details.. (It said second email) but I never saw the first..

start at 500per image and they will sell the whole file for around 900, tought lady to talk to on the other end of the line, paranoia, think you want to steel their images

Tell them they have no right to take and sell pictures of your boat without your permission...and a written release. Better yet, have your lawyer call them.

Nah, they can take all the pics they want.

They just cannot sell them, or the rights to them, without a property release signed by the owner... unless they're selling to the owner.
