no surprise here. being a jets fan from day one is like banging a supermodel and never getting laid again.

only one game really counts. you can win all the others but if you lose that one................you lose.

giants win in overtime...at least one team dosent suck.

sanchez is a rookie.....how did payton do his first year.(cant hit the question mark lefty) hes got some po...we'll see.

thanks bob....1969 was a long time ago . i watched the game in college in pittsburgh with 20 baltimore fans and 2 other jets fans. im more into playing than watching but i have to admit ....that day was the top of the mountain as a fan. second place...game 6 1986 world series. then giants over undefeated pats....just cause it made a good friend so happy. of course he didnt realize how happy he was till he regained consciousness.

But the bright side for you guys is you ain't an LSU fan.....just listened to Les Miles "explain" his clock management. Dumb bastard makes $3.5 mil a year to throw games? He lives in my neighborhood and the lynch mob is blocking the streets.....the only cops on scene are in the mob carrying pitchforks.

I might have to become an Ain'ts fan after all......

At 10-0 nows the time to jump on that bandwagon. Of course as long as BB doesn't go for it on 4th and 2 from his own 29 they'll be 10-1 after next Monday night!

well, i guess from your perspective...maybe not so much.

I'm so disgusted I burned the sports pages both yesterday and today. Then Les The Loser had the gall to get on local TV at noon today and sort of blame it on the refs......

Yeah, diving into the end zone is a penalty? It is a contact sport as I remember. But like most things, big bucks have corrupted a good clean sport....$3.5 million pay to a coach that can't count is just plain wrong tho.

UV, more disgusted the more I think about it...

at the half about what you would expect. maybe the pats will come back...they've done it before.

isnt it enough for you to be a fan....why does everyone else have to hate em?

still rooting for the saints in this one.

I guess I know what it is like for some of the other team fans. The Saints played a beautiful game and from the first half example, the Pats left any semblance of a defense back in Foxboro.

That being said, I guess it must be true that the Saints and the Colts must be cheating...

They just can't be that good, can they?

Yup, they are. Damned good.

Nice job New Orleans. Well played game!

The pats gots some work to do. That being said, they are capable of doing it, if anyone is.

1969 was quite a year randall. my son anthony was born along with the moon landing . then mets win world series ,knicks win basketball champ. and jets win superbowl against tremedous odds.incidently mets were in last place and the worst team in baseball in 1968 so a friend goes to vegas and on the wall of a casino they post all the odds for the following season . he bets 10.00 for mets to win world series and jets superbowl. gets a check following year for $33,000 .talk about odds!!

hell...i already cut mine and have the six inch scar to prove it.

no one is more surprised then me i get to watch the jets continue to play and the giants and pats are done.

the chargers are a BIG step up from cincy. if they can somehow win that you can consider the hook all the way in and hope to have that puppy floppin in the cockpit.

Well ... after my COWBOYS got spanked like a 5 yr old in K-Mart ... I gotta and did root for the Jets (I'm still Long Island born and raised). I have tix for Pro-Bowl, but Super-Bowl tix are supposed to be in the $2k range.

welcome aboard!!

the truth is the jets have found a way to win without too much sanchez. they never get blown out and are in every game win or lose. sometimes all it takes is a little luck and luck counts.

most afraid of the jets......the bookies. 50-1 for the big one.

thanks!!.........hey...no one will be more surprised than me. the colts are more talented, faster, and more experienced by far.

the jets only chance is to turn it into a toe to toe street fight. could happen.

I have been a JET fan my hole life. For a breif moment I thought we had a chance at the Super bowl. I am a little relieved now. I have always said if they make it I would go to the game. Now I can save all that money for the boat.
I'll start saving for next year.
