Have a question on marine toilets. Currently I have the ITT Jabsco manual flush and I think its a pain. I want to upgrade to an automatic with macerator. There are a variety of ones out there including vacuum style ones like found on an airplane. I have also seen an upgrade to the one I have put I think it justs pumps in water and does not macerate.
So I thought I would turn to all of you.

I think that it depends on how much usage it will get.
Once you add electrical components to it, it becomes another future headache. If it is going to get a good amount of use then by all means power it up.
Macerator is good if you are using it off shore a bit.
