Norcold alarm??

Post by Ironman »

Been doing some tinkering, cut the wire to the fridge 110,to replace it... I left the 12volt switch on the fridge(Normally I leave the fridge on 110)I seldom even use the thing. But now Im on blocks.
Cold drinks are nice..
Its steaming here 80deg..

Came back to the boat & an alarm was on.. WHAAA?
Turned the knob inside the fridge to off & off goes the alarm.
Anybody know or had this happen.
It could be a warning that its gonna run the batts down?

Steaming?? That's where I keep my living quarters thermostat set. Average high temp here for the past month and a half has been 100ºF. Been cloudy and drizzling rain most of today, temp now is 73ºF. Lookin' for a jacket...
