I have to think this is Photoshop.

On African safaris the folks are very aware of lions (or anything else) in the area. When my brother shot his it was very, very intense. The only thing more dangerous was being charged by a Cape Buffalo that had been wounded a few days earlier by poachers. The thing came out of the brush about forty yards away and after being hit in the head by a .375 H&H magnum and a .458 Winchester went down about 8 feet from him and his professional hunter. Have a pretty cool video tape of it.
