Who's goin'?

Post by steve miller »

I've been watching the satellite shots of W. Atlantis, and the offshore forecast for Mon./Tues. I'm leaning toward taking a shot....anyone else?

I know 5 boats that have been there and no fish. The brake is there, the water looks great, draggers and lots of bait and mats of weed. Good Luck.

Thanks for the info Brewster.....but I'm still goin'!!!
There's GOTTA be fish somewhere near that temp break. We're gonna find em. Supposed to leave tomorrow morning. I'll let you know how we make out.

Dug,
Too bad your boat's out of of the water! BTW, thanks again for the great trip wew made on Alchemy....top notch boat and crew. But sorry, the 120 lb. fish was most certainly a bluefin. Incredible sushi! A great trip!

Fishing was slow......weather was GREAT. 70 degree water, not a whole lot of life. Result? 1 60 lb. yellowfin, one twelve lb. mahi.

While I'm not sorry I went, I AM looking forward to next year being better!!
