Check the position that the pump is bolted onto the transmission. It has to be orientated to match your engine rotation.

Look closely and you will see arrows and markings that will indicate just how it should be positioned for your engine rotation. If its not bolted on correctly it ain't gonna pump a drop.

Like Harry said make sure the gear rotation matches engine rotation, I saw the wrong direct drive gears on the wrong sides in an old set of Chrysler counter rotating engines, didn't work worth a sh#t.

It ended up bein the spool valve or pressure valve whatever they call it down there at Borg Warner, inside the shift shaft, was stickin in the bore. Thanks all!!!
