My 1962 31's bow guardrail needs replacing

:( My friendly boat launcher crushed my original guardrail upon docking. I need this replaced to perserve the architectural integrity of the boat(1962 Hull # 131). Can anybody give me an idea please?

Is the boat in Chicago? I have looked but never seen any 31s in Chicago. I'll be out in about 2 weeks again and will probably spend some time down at the lake.
