Anyone looking for a project B28?

Post by IRGuy »

While rooting around yesterday in a local boatyard (in Wilmington, NC) I noticed that a B28 which has been sitting neglected for quite some time now has a For Sale sign on it.. if anyone is interested let me know and I will try to get some info.

I have looked at this boat and spoken with the yard owner, who is putting this boat up for ebay auction or direct sale to recover some yard and legal fees. The price is excellent, and while neglected for the last two years she is Bertram solid and can be brought back to fine condition. She will be a great boat for the right buyer. If you have thoughts of restoring a mid size Bertram this is your boat. I have no financial interest in her, I just hate to see a Bertram languish in this condition.
