Bahamas Forecast?

Headed to the Bahamas for a few days, leaving Hurricane Hole marina Sunday morning (8/12) headed to Highbourne, Compass, Norman and Staniel Cays. Any idea of weather/wind forecasts, and/or any favorite "secret" spots you guys know about? Family trip, exploring, snorkeling, boating, fishing, etc. Thanks gang.
