Engine gauges

as the reconstruction continues need to replace the instrument cluster. Power is gas marine power with low hours so they stay,maybe two years to replace with ethanol resistant mfi 502s. Question is can I use nmea 2000 gauges sensors? maybe to a 10-12" screen/or lowrance EPs to Multi function gauges. New engines are compatible but the sensors seem to be analog to digital to connect to the network? Marine geeks Help plz. Thanks
