Went out front of Corona Del Mar for a fathersday twilight plinker....
Wow these things were between #35 1...
unbeliveable night... The next night was even better.
One of my friends that went,just got back from Panama

If you only knew!!!Mike,Most sought after in So Cal arguably
Taste like crab that melts in your mouth.
Also they are Very hard to locate. Pretty stupid fish when you do find them , Lotta people call the Ghosts, & prefer to not fish for em .
Me ? Ive spent alotta nights lookin for a school like this one & Man I thank God for finding them,two nights in a row..
3rd night had 20+boats on them & they split.

They look somewhat like a big speckled trout. Are they in the corvina family? Vey nice catch, and I'll bet that 90 lber was an impressive sight.

We put 28 of these on the boat in two nights not 500yds out the harbor.Some good fishin.
