I guess they're worth what the market will bear but that (those?) is a really run down bow chock. Another couple hundred for replating will make it a $450-500 piece. I removed mine with great regret when I installed an anchor windlass and now its a highly polished and valued desk ornament. It will go with the boat someday to the next owner.
