Galley pump

Post by pschauss »

Any idea who made the original pump for the galley on the Sport Fisherman model? I would like to see if I could get the rubber parts to rebuild mine. Alternatively I would settle for something which would fit in the original hole in the counter top.

Not sure who made the pump, but that manual pump was standard equipment. Do yourself a favor and put in a cold water only fixture and install an electric pump.

I was able to soften up the rubber seal on the plunger and the rubber cap on the bottom to get the pump to suck water up from the tank. For now it works well enough for my needs.

When I run out of other projects I will look into a pressurized water system.
